Gunze Warranty
Products and parts sold by Gunze USA under these terms are warranted to Buyer directly by manufacturer, Gunze Limited or Gunze USA as the
case may be ("Manufacturer"), and not by Gunze USA as seller. Manufacturer warrants for a period of one year from the date of shipment to
Buyer that the product or part shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If Buyer notifies Gunze USA of a defect in materials
or workmanship discovered within the one-year period, Manufacturer shall, at its option, replace or repair the defective product or part.
Manufacturer's obligation with respect to such product or part shall be limited to replacement or repair F.O.B. Manufacturer's city of
shipment. In no event shall Manufacturer be liable for consequential or special damages, or for transportation, installation, adjustment or
other expenses, which may arise in connection with such products or parts. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of any and all other
warranties expressed or implied, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
