Sub Assembly Operator
Job Description: 

 

Assemble touch panel products according to written specifications. 

 

Key Responsibilities, to include, but not limited to the following:

 

  • Laminates and applies thin film on multiple materials such as Polyester, Mylar, Polycarbonate, and special composite films utilizing Haltec equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. 
  • Reads and interprets work instructions and diagrams to perform the job.

  • Reads, understands, and maintains compliance with all quality requirements.

  • Develops skills to work closely with engineering in new product or process improvements.

  • Able to lift up to 50lbs and stand on feet for 10 hours.

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Experience, Knowledge, and Duties:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 Years experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment assembling electro-mechanical components.
  • Ability to use MS Word/ Excel / and Access Data Base.
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills (English)

  • Understand clean room standards, concepts, practices, and procedures.

  • Ability to read process sheets, prints and route cards.

  • Must be able to stay on task and be self-motivated.

  • Must be able to work under minimum supervision.

  • Must be detail oriented.

  • Hours per Week: 40 and able to work overtime as needed.

  • Minimal knowledge of 5S concepts.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment.

  • Familiar with ISO and environmental standards.

 

 

Salary:

9-10$ hr
